- established history in various domains. As part of this project and a new team, your role as a Buyer will be to build and
- manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs, within energy and utility client industry. Responsibilities: Support to Supplier- Onboarding suppliers, supplier follow up, Questionnaire analysis, Questionnaire award; Support to Category/ users, Anti-bribery compliance watch; Assist suppliers during their onboarding process in ARIBA platform; Assist suppliers to contact ARIBA Helpdesk and have their issues solved; Managing the initialization of the process (creation of new suppliers, renewal of qualification processes, extension of existing processes); The risk analysis of the process (criteria concerned: Anti-Bribery, Finance and Social Responsibility); Managing the qualification of the supplier; Non-Voice daily tasks 30%; Voice tasks 70%. What will you bring? Good English and French language skills, written and conversational; BPO Experience of 3 year minimum in Procurement operations; Expert level Orientation in Procurement & PO Lifecycle processes; Team Handling Skills; Experience of working on SAP or Oracle or ARIBA or COUPA.
