Responsibilities:
• Develop action plans to standardize & sustain GEM level across the entire plant.
• Create and annually review the plant's engagement plan for the long and
- term implementation of GEM.
• Define local objectives for continuous improvement systems, aiming for consistent organizational development at the factory level.
• Responsible for change management; propose initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency.
• Coordinate
- level change activities, including process improvements.
• Accountable for leading and managing organizational changes related to GEM.
• Collaborate with the management team to continuously improve processes and ensure the implementation of new procedures.
• Adhere to
- upon deadlines with the GEM Manager and the management team.
• Collaborate with the global/regional GEM team and support standardization projects within the GEM framework.
• Conduct weekly or monthly audits to track adherence to the
- upon standardization level.
• Responsible for GEM Scorecard & metrics up to date and within the target. Ensures the operational and financial metrics are updated in the visual management.
• Reports the metrics for which they are responsible on a weekly basis: 5S, Kaizen Idea, Kaizen Events, Transformational Kaizen
• Organizes meetings for validating and determining awards.
• Prepares reports regarding the status of metrics or qualitative internal analyses.
• Organize and monitor development and improvement projects defined in the Annual Plan
• Propose investment projects (PAR - Process Approval Request) and participate in their support.
• Engage in the selection of offers for the procurement of equipment or services necessary for the coordinated project.
• Create internal communication materials and external presentations regarding the project's status.
• Approve the plant layout and oversee its modifications/improvements. "
• Actively contributes to the continuous improvement of plant performance: consistently identifies opportunities for improving own activities and plant processes (Kaizen ideas in line with factory objectives) and through the use of coaching techniques.
• Participates in internal,
- party, corporate, and
- party audits (clients, certifications).
• Conducts Gemba walks/5S audits/SOS audits/periodic LSW audits and identifies
- conformities.
