Sr Strategic Sourcing Specialist (2 Years Contract) (Hybrid)

We have an opportunity for a Sr Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join us at Honeywell in Bucharest, Romania. To be successful in this role, you will have some years of strategic sourcing or event management experience, speak fluent English and strong analytical skills. This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.
Drive category sourcing to meet Annual Operating plan and Strategic plan by achieving lowest total cost thru negotiation, planning and execution.
Key responsibilities:
-Drive and execute Annual and Strategic Plan with supporting strategies
-Manage Meeting and Events outsourced services in EMEA and APAC including not limited to monitoring contract KPI and SLA, auditing processes, ensuring compliance to policies and procedures.
-Ensure Relationship development and management with key Supplier Leaderships
-Align with Regional Sales, Marketing, Technology, Business, Operations, Finance and Procurement and Other Honeywell Businesses
-Manage Supplier selection, RFQ and RFI process, Negotiation, Contracting and supplier performance processes
Key skills and qualifications:
-Min 5 years’ experience in strategic sourcing or event management
-MBA or similar level
-English – Advanced
-Strong Analytical skills; strong communication and presentation skills; strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier management, event management skills
