How you’ll make an impact: As a Staff Software Engineer, Performance Tooling you will be responsible for developing and maintaining tools and systems that assess the performance and efficiency of software applications. What you’ll do: Working closely with Developers, Dev
Ops and QA to design, develop and improve tools to measure the performance of our most heavily used services Work together with Developers and Dev
Ops to create and maintain performance environments Develop solution to monitor system under test performance KPI and report result Performance Analysis - Evaluating systems, identifying issues and reporting on performance metrics What you’ll need: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics and Informatics, Engineering, or a related field 8+ years of proven experience as a Software Engineer 3+ years of practical experience building software tools (eg. tools to enable performance testing) Strong knowledge of Java programming language and
- oriented design principles Ability to work with multiple teams (developers, dev ops, QA) Self-starter and
- sufficiency are a must, ideal candidate should have the ability to look for solutions and alternatives to any problem Experience with web technologies, APIs, and microservices architectures. Experience in using Virtualization, Docker or Kubernetes Experience with SQL databases Strong analytical and
- solving skills to identify and propose infrastructure solutions for performance testing challenges Good command of the English language, both orally and written Experience working with Amazon Web Services Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (such as Git
Lab CI/CD, Git
