JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Strategic Sourcing Intern at Honeywell, in Bucharest, you will support the regional/Site Sourcing team to drive procurement of material and services. You will have responsibility to support Project or Site executing Sourcing Plans leveraging Sourcing tools, processes, and strategies. You will ensure compliance with company business policies and procedures, Export/Import regulations.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

Key responsibilities

Support in preparation of Sourcing Plans and perform day to day transactions on the procurement tool

Place Orders from best possible sources and execute Sourcing Process and strategies

Conduct analysis on supplier selection and ongoing management

Support leaders with negotiation, contracting and supplier performance processes

Drive productivity and working capital improvements

Key skills and qualifications

Being enrolled as a Master’s degree student (preferably Administration or Supply Chain faculty)

Strong written and verbal English language skills

Desire to grow in an international company and being open to learn and develop best strategic sourcing practices

Effective communication and interaction, being a team player

Analytical skills and desire to learn new processes
