Responsibilities

• Architect and develop
  - performance blockchain runtimes and pallets using Substrate.

• Ensure system scalability, modularity, and security through technical strategy and decisions.

• Develop and optimize consensus mechanisms, cryptographic algorithms, and tokenomics.

• Implement
  - chain communication protocols and interoperability features.

• Stay updated on Substrate and Polkadot advancements, integrating new features.

• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks in
  - throughput blockchain systems.

• Mentor developers and uphold technical excellence.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 7+ years blockchain development experience with
  - grade solutions.

• 5+ years
  - level Substrate framework and Rust programming experience.

• In-depth knowledge of Substrate internals (FRAME, runtime engineering, storage).

• Proven experience with parachains, relay chains, and decentralized governance.

• Mastery of consensus mechanisms (BABE, GRANDPA) and cryptographic algorithms.

• Strong focus on scalability and fault tolerance in
  - performance systems.

• Familiarity with Polkadot/Kusama ecosystems and tools (Polkadot. js, Substrate Developer Hub).

• Contributions to significant blockchain projects (open-source portfolio preferred).

• Blockchain integration with AI or advanced data systems.

• Experience in De

  Fi, or DAO architectures.
