You will be able to monitor and
- up main Supply Chain KBIs and perform various performance analysis based on the information provided by SC
- functions: Production, QSE, Planning, Logistics, Procurement. You will act as the liaison between SC and other business stakeholders. And you'll do it all as part of a big family, alongside supportive colleagues who will help you turn challenges into growth stories and outcomes you never thought possible. No two days are alike. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensures projects tracking, managing different stakeholders within the organization. Prepares presentations and reports in accordance with functional requirements. In order to provide timely information, maintains an

- date database of departmental indicators and is responsible for its accuracy. Follow the financial indicators of the submitted financial plan. Functional KBIs reporting (centralization and monthly meeting presentations). Actively participates in the annual budgeting process by drafting specific reports with the evolution of main SC indicators; in relation with the Finance department, able to understand and to explain the main factors influencing expenditure. Uses existing software to monitor departmental activities and provide reports using
- specific metrics; uses HANA BW module to generate various reports and analytics, EDGE platform. Develops various analyses, case studies and is involved in the new projects initiated at Function level Keeps SC Director's agenda up to date and organizes team meetings. DO YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SECRET INGREDIENTS? Higher education in the core field of Economics/Finance. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. Very-good level of English. Basic knowledge of SAP. Customer-focused. Able to connect the dots and to maintain a good level of communication and cooperation between all departments. Previous experience of working in a
- functional team is an advantage. Growth mindset, and openness to feedback and to implementing new ideas.
