Supply Chain Specialist
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Supply Chain Specialist, you coordinate the Commercial CRM forecast with the Demand Planning team and respond to changes in demand. You resolve discrepancies between demand and supply alongside the Service Delivery and Demand Planning teams for the required segments. You interact with the Segment SE teams to ensure equipment lists are accurate. You organize inventory requirements in detailed reports and oversee the overall supply chain and logistics operations to maximize efficiency and productivity. You drive speed, efficiency, and resources to increase the Supply Chain team’s contribution to the company’s overall revenue and provide more reliable services for our customers.
YOUR RESPONSABILITIES :
- Liaises with Commercial teams on forecast planning and aligns supply with the requested demand across the segments accurately, using available SAP ECC and MS-dynamics CRM systems.
- Conducts monthly inventory reports and reviews changes in demand.
- Works with service delivery and demand planning teams to address inventory part allocation based upon upcoming projects.
- Cross-functionally collaborates with internal departments such as, but not limited to: Sales, CSMs, Service Delivery, Customer Service Management and Vendor Management.
- Prepares and submits weekly reports to management.
- Provides invoicing support for Implementation Teams, interfacing with internal departments as required. Verifies SDP invoices (site id, WBS, and SES entity which is being invoiced) and create Service Entries in SAP guarantying the correct
- project allocation. - Providing coding or creating service entries without which invoices cannot be processed for payment
- Acts as the section focal point and interface for PO requests for Implementation Teams, including purchase requests, PO status tracking and maintaining records with invoice details.
- Collects data and coordinates with daily users to make improvements in Field Service Management Platform (FSM).
- Generates WOs, closes task and supports user access issues SDP face when using FSM.
- Provides support for Out of Band service renewal, POs request, and payment of Ground Control invoices.
- Maintains and updates MEO Remote Sites Database
- Coordinates access to shipyards for Europe

IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAD :
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics management or related experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supply chain environment.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and Microsoft D365.
- Adherence to Support/Operations Best Practices.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to problem resolution.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
