SwissCo&Lux Controller - Accounting Manager
Join our Swiss & Luxembourg Controller Team and act as a legal entity controller of Garrett's main entities. In this role you will be responsible for
- end closure, accounting and reporting in both US GAAP and Local GAAP, statutory compliance of legal entities, SOX compliance as well as supporting tax compliance. You will coordinate with key business stakeholder to ensure objectives such as: sales and sales admin, C2C team, AP Team, ISC Finance, all the other global entity controllers for intercompany accounting, pricing team, tax, treasury, etc. As part of the role, you will manage a team of 3 accountants out of which 2 team leaders.
Key areas of responsibilities:
1. Operations - Controllership
- end intercompany accounting, reconciliation and resolution of OOBs, monthly reconciliation of intercompany receivables and payables and ensure timely resolution of intercompany differences
2. External reporting and SOX compliance
Co entities with limited support of external service providers.
3. General Process and People Management
- functional stakeholders, perform
- hoc analysis and prepare reports, as requested by management
Qualification:
Experience:
