About Regulation, Compliance & Anti-Financial Crime Tech (RCA)

Our RCA team is responsible for protecting the bank from financial and reputational losses incurred by financial crimes by assessing, controlling and mitigating risks. Risk types related to Anti-Financial Crime are consolidated in a comprehensive and effective risk management framework that covers Anti-Money-Laundering, Sanctions & Embargoes, Anti-Bribery & Corruption as well as Anti-Fraud & Investigations.

The position demands technical maturity
- terms of design decisions and overall vigilance of quality. A Tableau developer creates data visualization solutions to improve business processes. This job involves tasks such as creating Tableau dashboard reports, working with developers, creating business intelligence reports and visualizations, and attending feedback sessions to improve systems. This job is

- solving skills, work well as part of a team, and can manage their time effectively to meet deadlines and keep to projected schedules.

Design, Development and maintain Tableau Reports.

Constantly improve BI systems. Evaluate and improve existing systems that are in place as well as collaborate with teams within the business to integrate these new systems to streamline workflow and company processes.

Create and maintain Technical Documentation.

Peer testing, review and evaluate Tableau coworkers developments.

Highly involved on Business Analysis phase.

Works on data discovery, sourcing, modelling and analytics to support creation of data flows and models. This includes researching and profiling data sources in data categories of expertise.

Actively support the business strategy, plan and value, contributing to the achievement of a high performance culture.

Act as a role model for new employees, providing help and support to facilitate early integration and assimilation of their new environment.

Knowledge of Tableau is a very desirable (at least 2 years);

At-least 4 years of experience of working with reporting tools.

Advance level use of Business Intelligence tools for data analysis (e. g. Tableau, Business Objects, Power BI, Qlik
View, or other BI Tools);

Good knowledge of working with Databases (eg. SQL, Oracle, Hive, Impala) and versed in working with different data file types ;

Have an aptitude for data mining, analytical in the approach to tasks, and have a business focus.

Experience working with business requirements through to system level functional specifications.

Awareness/information about Dev
Ops practices like CI/CD;

Be familiar with version control systems: GIT;

Agile experience. Be familiar with Atlassian Stack: JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket;

Well developed analytical and problem solving experience and ability to grasp new concepts, provide insights and solutions.

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Highly organized with ability to commit and priorities work duties and tasks.

Proven communication and documentation/presentation skills.

High degree of proving soft skills while working with both IT and business colleagues.

Self motivated with ability to work in virtual teams and matrix/global organisations including appreciation of different cultures during collaborating and sharing.

Ability to influence and motivate other team members and stakeholders through strong dialogue, facilitation and persuasiveness.

Educational background and understand statistical modelling and can apply modelling techniques to analyze data.
