Role Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Manage projects by scoping, planning, allocating participants, and driving progress in line with the expected timelines
• Design, create, and review screeners and surveys
• Oversee recruitment requirements and screen recruited participant lists
• Monitor participant progress, anticipate and mitigate delays, and proactively replace participants when necessary
• Coordinate study summary report creation, including briefing report writers and managing report creation timelines
• Review and analysis of created summary reports to ensure reported insights are valid, accurate, and comprehensive, and reported conclusions align with the original study objectives
• Monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders, including maintaining accurate,
  -
  - date project status records
• Work closely with
  - functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics
• Ensure prompt and smooth communication with the customer on queries
• Take ownership of resolving project challenges and collaborating with stakeholders and team members to find solutions and ensure project delivery
• Identify and evaluate risks across projects, collaborate on risk mitigation strategies, and track risk monitoring activities
• Contribute to improving processes by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting process enhancements
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and collaborate with teams to ensure smooth coordination across departments
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure effective communication, trust, and
  - term collaboration
• Support effective communication and teamwork
• Proactively identify and address team needs, ensuring alignment with overall organizational objectives
• Flexibility to participate in client meetings scheduled in the evening with advance notice
