ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Elfie, you will play a vital role in our recruitment efforts, focusing on sourcing top 10% global talent across several verticals. Reporting to the Global Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be accountable for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process for candidates and hiring managers. This position is critical in supporting Elfie's global expansion efforts.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

•  Collaborate with senior leadership to create tailored recruitment strategies that align with our expansion goals across Southeast Asia and beyond.

• Utilise Linked
  In and other platforms for proactive candidate sourcing while building a diverse talent pipeline across various regions.

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring needs and progress updates.

• Identify areas for process enhancement within the recruitment lifecycle; lead initiatives to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

• Cultivate candidate relationships before, during, and after hiring processes, building strong talent pools 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Minimum of three years of experience in an
  - house recruitment role with a focus on international hiring.

• Proven track record in direct sourcing across multiple countries, particularly within Europe.

• Strong project management skills with a continuous improvement mindset.

• Native-level proficiency in written and oral English; additional languages are a plus.

• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes in different timezones simultaneously in a
  - paced environment.

1. Pharmaceutical companies: Elfie's free application is sponsored by pharmaceutical companies, who need to drive treatment adherence and access anonymized
   - world data. Pharmaceutical companies cover our company operational costs and the promotion of the application.
2. Insurers and employers: Elfie premium version (aka Elfie
   Works) is an employee health program sponsored by employers and insurers. These companies need employees to stay in good health and engaged to increase productivity and keep
   - increasing healthcare costs under control. Elfie
   Works is designed and distributed in partnership with a global insurance broker and partner insurers.
