As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be at the heart of our
- paced company, playing a crucial role in identifying, sourcing and attracting top tech talent for our Tech studio located in Bucharest, Romania. You will collaborate closely with the Tech Squad Leads in our European Countries. Your primary mission will be to identify and attract top talent for the Tech studio and building our online and offline brand presence in close cooperation with the AD/01 Marketing Manager.
Your expertise will guide senior stakeholders in Romania through the complexities of the labor market, ensuring strategic choices for recruitment methods to cultivate and enrich our access to talent and deliver on business needs. You will take care of talent pooling, talent sourcing, candidate selection, conduct insightful interviews, and oversee assessments, all while guaranteeing a highly positive experience for every candidate and hiring manager. This role demands a passionate commitment to maintaining the highest recruitment standards and the eagerness to build our company’s reputation as a top employer for tech talent.

Key responsibilities of your role.
- Talent Attraction: Lead the full recruitment cycle for the Tech studio in Romania, enhancing stakeholder advisory on talent acquisition and ensuring positive candidate experiences.
- Talent Strategy and marketing: Select and manage recruitment channels and communities to build talent pools for our Tech Studio.
- Collaboration: Partner with the Tech Studio Lead, Marketing Manager, hiring managers and HR business partner to implement targeted recruitment strategies and streamline the attraction and selection process in line with our standards.
- Improvement: Elevate the Talent Acquisition team’s operations, contributing to the professional growth and strategic objectives of the Tech Studio.
- Strategic partnership: Collaborate closely with the business and HR business partners to establish and nurture strategic partnerships, with a focus on driving the talent strategy, workforce planning, and mobility initiatives to ensure organizational success and growth.

Requirements.
We think you’ll be best geared for success if you can meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least three years of experience as a Tech Recruiter.
- Experience recruiting for multiple expertise within the Technology space.
- Possess solid expertise in talent attraction, direct sourcing, and recruitment marketing and can
- actively share results based on data. - Demonstrate strong recruitment process management skills in a complex organizational setting including stakeholder management.
- Fluent in English and Romanian (both written and verbal).
