We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our international team of great colleagues.
Job location: Romania (Bucharest) or Bulgaria (Sofia)
In this role you will be responsible for delivering high quality talent acquisition services for our units in Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Montenegro and North Macedonia and work together with colleagues from other CEE countries. You will partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to deliver

- end talent acquisition services that support KONE’s current and future business needs, engages and motivates employees and develops a positive employer brand.

What we would like to you have:
Solid experience in

- end recruitment process, candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing
Experience in collaborating with schools and universities will be an advantage
Hands-on experience in attracting top talent including using social media and other channels
Excellent communications skills, good influencing skills, good time management and work organizational skills
Fluent in Romanian or Bulgarian and English
MSc/BSc degree
