Job Description

Contributes to the strategic and methodical (further-) development of processes in the tax environment, always focusing the compliance with the
- specific reporting requirements;

Acts as responsible for the conceptual design and development of tax accounting and reporting processes including the system relevant aspects of the same in the S/4HANA context;

Assures internal and external standards, definition of process flows and their KPIs at group level including documentation and training measures;

Assures systematic effectiveness control with regards to the specifications and regulations that have been made;

Derive requirements for process master data as well as for the upstream
-
- end processes in
-
- pay and
-
- cash, acting as key contact for the respective process experts (having in mind the reporting needs and solutions);

Collaborate closely with the process management organization for accounting and tax, ensuring the proper implementation of the designed processes in global Bosch organization;

Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company;

Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.

Qualifications

Language: English; German would be a plus;

University degree in business administration, tax law, business informatics or comparable and several years of professional experience in these areas;

Experience in accounting and tax, very good knowledge of SAP (FI and master data) and project experience;

Assertive personality;

Strong communication skills;

Able to work in a (virtual) team;

Adaptability and flexibility;

Solution oriented.
