Job Description

Main responsibilities:

1. Local Romanian Tax Compliance

• Support Romanian group companies with national tax compliance and audits for all tax types
• Support other Eastern Europe group companies in local tax matters

2. International Taxes and Transfer Pricing

• Ensure Pillar II minimum taxation compliance for Eastern Europe group companies with external support;
• Ensure the elaboration of the local files as part of the master file for Transfer Pricing purposes;
• Ensure Public County-by-Country Reporting in Eastern Europe countries;
• Obtain further knowledge in international tax law;

3. Tax Accounting

• Support in the quarterly and annual closing process.

Secondary responsibilities:

• Carrying out
  - hoc analyses;
• Participation in Group projects;

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting or compliance with a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations;
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills with the ability to interpret complex tax information;
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing and reviewing tax documents.
• Proficiency in tax preparation software and financial analysis tools;
• Excellent verbal and written English skills (C1 level required);
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
• Willingness to travel a few times a year;
