About this opportunity:

We are now looking for a Tax Expert , for the North and Central Europe region to ensure compliance with the tax legislation, mitigate tax risks, provide expert tax advice and to ensure high quality in tax accounting and reporting.

 

What you will do:

• Manage Direct Tax (including withholding tax and R&D tax credit claims where applicable)

• Assistance with Indirect Tax, Advice and Accounting

• Management of Transfer Prices and Documentation

• Manage tax reporting under IFRS and for local statutory accounts,

• Provide tax advice for tax audits and compliance 

• Liaising with the external compliance partners

 

You will bring:

• Education: Bachelor in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance and/or Tax Law or equivalent.

• Extensive experience in local and international tax legislation

• Knowledge in GAAP (i. e. local GAAP, IFRS)

• Knowledge and understanding of financial systems, SAP would be an advantage

• Accounting and reporting skills (in particular Excel)

• Financial Analysis skills

• Interest in tax automation and process improvement is an asset

• Working with people

• Adapting and responding to change

• Relating and networking

• Fluent in English
