Distributed Systems Tribe is a Thales Corporate Engineering Workbench developing Application Lifecycle Management tools in order to support complex application lifecycle, unifying development ecosystem and project portfolio around a single source of integrated data. Her/his optimized development processes can be spread across multiple projects and lifecycles.

Day-to-day activities:

Drive as a hiring manager the hiring process and team building for all his tribe teams; identify required roles based on projects needs

Be responsible for TSR
- up to reach the goal workforce

Be accountable for onboarding new comers

Coordinate Squad Leads to delegate responsibilities to the right individual

Responsible for ensuring his squad teams are consistently delivering theirs outputs respecting department’s standards & expectations

Leading customer facing discussions on both technical and business related topics.

Required competencies:

Agile mindset & practices

Good communication and relationship with the stakeholders and team members

Capable to give and receive feedback; Able to listen and share, able to give constructive feedback

English knowledge; French would be a plus
