Since January 2007, Eastmen is a Dutch employment agency, specialized in recruiting professionals from all over Europe, for temporary work or for a longer period of time, in the Netherlands, for our clients. Every year, hundreds of workers are recruited by Eastmen. Employees are selected and tested by our recruits from the 3 offices in Budapest, Targu-Mures and Utrecht.

What do we need?

Eastmen is constantly growing and we have been active in Hungary since 2012 with an office in Budapest, where we want to hire a recruitment Team Leader, speaking English (Hungarian is advantage), to join us.

Tasks:

• coordinating and motivating the team so that they can reach their targets
• hiring new members in the team and offer them training on the job them until they become independent in their tasks
• continuous coaching
• organise meetings with them and coaching sessions
• transmission of reports / statistics and results of the team, to the superiors
• mentoring the recruits so that they continuously improve their way of working
• communication on the phone with the candidates, reaching their targets
• proactive and targeted thinking towards finding new solutions when there are changes coming up
• removing obstacles and quickly solving them

• to speak English fluently
• you like to work with people and to guide them, to lead them, in a pleasant and motivating way
• you like to communicate and you have good ideas in motivate a team
• you are an organised person and you like to finish your tasks as soon as possible - you are fast!
• you know how to use your time productively
• you are open to flexibility: the function of team leader means an open and flexible thinking. Not a 9:00 till 17:00 way of thinking!
• you are a competent person and you like to reach targets
• you live in Budapest or nearby (work takes place in our office from Qubes Agora). The job is not remote or hibrid!
