Your day to day:

Lead a team of project managers accountable for managing various projects within Vodafone Group. The Projects are mainly in the IT environment (infrastructure, IT operations, applications development) for Vodafone Germany.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

Manage a team of 7 to 20 project managers (including recruitment, motivation, team capacity management and projects allocation)

Coach and mentor the junior members of the team. Build and follow personalized development plans for each member.

Continuously improve the ways of working, ensuring efficient & effective delivery (process redesign, automation, transformation etc. )

Identify, mitigate or escalate, report and monitor risks to their full resolution, so that business impact is minimal

Stakeholder management (ensuring outstanding stakeholder management across customers & partners, collect feedback and act regularly for continuous improvement)

Measure KPIs and ensure they are relevant, trendy and
- line with industry standards

Monthly tracking and reporting of KPIs across the team

Facilitating the project distributions across the team, ensuring equity in capacity and deliverables

Contribute to
- functional workstreams aiming to support global areas, including delivery models transformations
