For our well-established manufacturing site in Pitesti we are looking for Maintenance Manager.  

Main Activities:

• Plans and leads the activities of the Maintenance Department.
• Resolves technical issues and is actively involved in setting and programming machinery,  hence PLC knowledge is necessary.
• Responsible for maintaining the machines,  machines and tools in proper working conditions,  respecting the quality and with minimum costs.
• Ensure the taking of corrective measures in case of observing unsafe risks or actions in the work process.
• Plan,  coordinate and control preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Coordinates and controls corrective maintenance so that quality,  cost and time requirements are met.
• Plans,  coordinates and controls the order of spare parts for the maintenance activity,  tools,  materials and services required for maintenance.
• Supervises maintenance costs and prepares reports on them.
• Submits proposals and makes changes to machines,  machines and tools in order to improve their availability,  efficiency and degree of safety and to reduce maintenance costs.

Requirements:

• Higher degree in engineering/technical discipline
• Experience in maintenance of hydraulic,  pneumatic presses and industrial robots
• Knowledge of electro-mechanics
• Knowledge of PLC Programming
• Intermediate level English
• Team leadership experience or potential to lead a team
• Experience in a similar position for at least 5 years
