Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the architecture for integrating Service
  Now Sec
  Ops or Chronicle Sec
  Ops with existing systems and applications;
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand integration requirements and constraints;
• Develop detailed architectural plans, including data flow diagrams, system interfaces, and integration points;
• Ensure the integration solution aligns with best practices for performance, security, and scalability;
• Lead technical workshops and discussions to ensure alignment across teams;
• Provide technical guidance and support during the implementation phase;
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential integration challenges;
• Keep
  -
  - date with the latest developments in Service
  Now and related technologies and manage the communication channel with Google;
• Generate comprehensive documentation of the integration architecture, configurations, and procedures.

Skills

Must have

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Architect or in a similar role;
• Proven experience with Service
  Now Sec
  Ops or Chronicle Sec
  Ops and its integration capabilities;
• Strong knowledge of system integration principles, including APIs, web services, and data exchange formats (e. g. , JSON, XML);
• Excellent understanding of enterprise architecture, security, and scalability considerations;
• Strong
  - solving and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure (e. g. , GCP, Azure, AWS) is a plus;
• Relevant certifications in Service
  Now or system architecture are advantageous.
