You are passionate about expanding your technical skills, you have strong communication skills and a

• Technical support, provide technical assistance to customers and partners by phone or email
• Provide basic training to customers and colleagues
• Ensure SLA compliance and CSAT goals
• Respond and resolve to customer requests in multiple channels
• Be "ahead of the workload" through a proactive attitude
• Participate in building a strong
  - oriented team culture where knowledge sharing is central

• Experience in customer service
• Experience in support
• Fluency in English is mandatory

• Interest in IT and/or logistics
• Knowledge of other languages

We offer a budget of 19, 000 - 21, 000 EUR gross per annum for this role.
