Purpose of Role

Shift is on an exciting
- growth journey and we are looking for an additional support consultant to join our cohort in Bucharest, ensuring our customers have a great customer experience.

With n
Shift products being critical within our customers’
-
- end solutions, it is imperative that they function correctly and that any issues that could affect production are resolved quickly and effectively, in a clear and professional manner.

About you 

To succeed in this role you need to be
- savvy, have an inherent
- oriented mindset, as well as strong communications skills.

You have to be fluent in English to enable you to communicate seamlessly and to contribute to our international working environment

The area of responsibility includes:

• Respond to customer requests in multiple channels
• Deliver Service Requests and help resolve Incidents
• Make sure we achieve SLA and CSAT goals
• Be "ahead of the workload" through proactive measures
• Expand your own Product/Domain Knowledge
• Participate in building a strong
  - oriented team culture where knowledge sharing is central

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Apprenticeship in IT/Service
• Previous experience in IT-Support or Customer Service
• Saa
  S experience
• Log
  Tech Experience (ERP/WMS/TMS)
• Fluent in English
• Positive and
  - oriented attitude
• Customer-centric - with a professional demeane
• Good at time management
• Structured and orderly with a sense of urgency
• Flexible when the situation dictates it
