Technical Business Analyst (Product) Cluj-Napoca

Develop an understanding of how the team and organization's data is structured and stored, and what insights can be derived from it;

Develop and maintain documentation of business processes, policies and procedures;

Work with our Project Managers, Product Owners and other Business Analysts within the business to define, document and deliver solutions;

Work with our Enablement team and Product team to create user documentation, training material and user guides;

Maintain the documentation for MMB Analytics systems and products, ensuring that information is accurate, up to date, and easy to access;

Identify product and technical interdependencies and commonalities to enhance standards and patterns across projects/solutions;

Participate in design and testing activities, test new features and releases, and participate in system implementations;

Gather critical information from meetings and from across the team, to produce useful feedback and help mature our products;

2 years’ experience in a relevant role, demonstrating product knowledge and understanding and applying this to the position;

The ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to management and the MMB Analytics team in concise and

- understand formats;

Strong communication skills, and able to present information in a format appropriate to different audiences;

A proactive and
- starter attitude, taking initiative and comfortably scoping, driving and executing on initiatives driven by the team;

An understanding and ability to follow what ‘best practice’ documentation looks like;

Ability to maintain discretion and deal appropriately with confidential information;

An awareness of Saa
S product delivery and a
- led mindset;

Collaborative mindset - willing to learn and willing to help others;

Excellent organisational skills;

Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Power
Point, Word etc. );

Fluent in English and Romanian;

Excellent documentation or
- taking skills that can enable the team or their processes;

Outstanding communication and presentation skills;

Knowledge of the market, analytics or relevant technologies;

Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle;

Knowledge of Dev
Ops practices and Agile tools and methodologies;

Experience with Jira, Confluence and Share
Point;

Knowledge of Product tools such as Figma, Miro or Mural;
