Short Description: As part of the Schneider Electric REgional Platform (REP) Bratislava, the Technical Leader Digital Power Leads and approve basic and detailed design of all EPMS technical aspect of a Digital Power integrated solution in line with customer and contract requirements, Make sure the project technical team delivers according to the project planning, monitor technical costs, make sure budget for the technical part is under control and coordinate all technical activities done at factories and site testing until project closure. Location & commitments: Slovakia (Bratislava/Zilina/Kosice), Romania (Bucharest), Croatia (Zagreb) or your home country within EU Candidates are welcome from: Europe (EU passport holders) Possibility to work remotely International travel (30%) within Europe (EU Zone) Main responsibilities: As part of a project team: • Act as the leader of the technical content of the project as the single point of contact regarding all project technical topics • Make sure customer technical requirements are fulfilled (in terms of performance, quality, costs and time), in compliance with the contract, and based on the Architecture & Technical specifications defined during the tendering phase • Lead a technical team composed of Digital Application designers and ensure technical coordination of all projects stakeholders • Lead all technical aspects of customer integrated projects within Execution, such as: design, implementation, testing, FAT, SAT • Manage technical risks and interfaces between the project team stakeholders and the customer; and get final customer approval of the overall technical solution designed and delivered • When required, actively support bids by providing system architectures, engineering hours estimation, technical risks and advises to optimize proposed solution • Defines all information and input data needed to configure the digital substation including but not limited to Device profiles, device types, device tasks, IO list, alarms, etc • Define advanced reporting and dashboards • Be able to

- cultural environment • Ensure the system is cybersecure and compliant with Standards IEC 4-2 at the SL2 level • Update the Project Lessons learnt database after each project Main Interfaces: • Customer’s technical experts • Schneider Electrical Commertial, Execution and Services Teams • Project ED Technical Leaders, Project Managers and Engineers in Execution centers • Customer site managers • Marketing and quality representatives • Project technical teams located spread among one or several sites/countries, requiring international collaboration with other functional teams/stakeholders. Requirements: • Electrical/Electronics Or communication engineering. Master level is desirable. • Minimum 7 years in leading technical scope of projects • Applicant should be knowledgeable on power system value chain & well versed with substation, switchgear components functioning, representation, Oil & Gas Solutions, Generator management, Fast Load shedding , Data Center solutions, Power & Grid solutions, etc. , • Applicant should be well versed with all the communication protocols such as Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP. IP, IEC , IEC-/, ION, SNMP, DNP3, OPC, etc. , • Applicant must have work experience on various Schneider make products: EPAS system (C, Profile Studio/HMI Studio, Web
HMI, GEA, Eco-GTW, Eco
Sui etc. ), PSO/PME, Citect and familiar with SQL server, Historian environment. Work experience on SEL-RTAC Data Concentrator, Protection Relays (ABB/SIEMENS) would be an added advantage • Applicant should have hardware handling experience of electronic boards such as in Bay Control Unit – C, Protection IED, RTU & PAC/PLC (M, M, M etc) based products. • Applicant should be fully conversant with communication network design, configuration & commissioning including their latest standards such as RSTP, MRP, PRP/HSR, Dual Homing etc. Knowledge about Router, Modem & Firewall etc would be an added advantage. • Applicant should be competent to understand the customer technical specifications, preparation of functional design specification based on SE offer in line with customer specification being able to handle the customer discussions & approvals. • Strong communication skills as required to frequently interact with foreign partners and customers through the Project life cycle. International projects execution experience would be an added advantage • Experience in at least two segments: Oil & Gas, Data Center, Smart Building, Utility, Transport • Able to drive people in an intense environment such as site commissioning • Fluent communication skills in English language (minimum B2 level) is mandatory • Fluency in another EU language is an advantage (French, German, Spanish) • Driving licence cat.
