Senior Technical Project Manager Network Services | Remote / Hybrid

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager with a strong background in networking technologies and project management. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in the networking industry, including at least 3 years in technical project management, leading network service deployments, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management & Execution:
  • Gather requirements, define project scope, and develop an executable project plan using Microsoft Project.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of networking projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Document deployment processes, oversee change requests, and coordinate with carriers and vendors for installations.
• Networking & Technical Expertise:
  • Apply advanced networking technology skills with expertise in Cisco, F5, Arista, Juniper, Mc
    Afee, and Checkpoint.
  • Ensure network solutions meet security, performance, and compliance requirements.
  • Troubleshoot complex networking issues and provide technical guidance as needed.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring smooth project communication and alignment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global, matrix organization.
• ITIL & Service Management:
  • Apply ITIL best practices to network service management and operations.
  • Ensure compliance with network security principles and service management frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in the networking industry.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical project management, leading network infrastructure projects.
• Strong expertise in networking technologies, including:
  • Ethernet, Spanning Tree, TCP/IP, Routing protocols (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP).
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco, F5, Arista, Juniper, Mc
    Afee, and Checkpoint.
• Certified Project Manager (PMI PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
• Excellent analytical and
  - solving skills to resolve networking and service issues.
• Strong communication skills, fluent in English and local language (written and verbal).
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual, global team environment.
