You will work on a
- term project for the leading global investment bank with a strong and profitable private clients franchise.  

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Product Strategy and Roadmap:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies, ensuring alignment with the bank's technology roadmap.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from selection, procurement, deployment, support, and
    -
    - life.
  • Work closely with EUC Lead Architects on new technologies and perform Po
    C evaluations with documented findings.
• Product Development:
  • Translate business criteria into relevant requests in JIRA for engineering and test teams.
  • Prioritize requests efficiently and communicate status updates as the primary point of contact for internal clients.
  • Review engineering test plans to ensure quality and improve engineering testing capabilities.
• Stakeholder and Vendor Management:
  • Collaborate with internal IT and business stakeholders across regions to gather requirements and feedback for continuous product enhancement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure
    - quality and
    - effective product selection.
  • Monitor delivery timelines for
    - related hardware and follow up on issues with vendors
  • Ensure compliance with SDLC, security, audit, and vendor management processes within the bank.
• User Experience and Support:
  • Advocate for the
    - user experience by leading testing groups and gathering feedback to drive product improvements.
  • Partner with IT Operations teams to address
    - related issues and ensure timely and effective solutions for
    - users.
• Communication and Documentation:
  • Provide regular progress reports on product sets to stakeholders and management.
  • Communicate product updates and changes effectively to all stakeholders.
  • Maintain a Risk and Issues register to track items that could delay or stop service delivery.
