We're on the hunt for an experienced Technical Product Owner to join our new and growing team!

We are a company building world class online casino games and we are looking for someone who knows what good looks like for back office operations. You must have a good understanding of developing roadmaps, cross collaborating, negotiating challenging priorities. Working in a fast paced environment and used to dealing with ambiguity that you will turn into tangible, measurable deliverables. You must be a motivated individual that takes ownership under supervision but is able to drive progress independently.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Serve as the liaison between the games production and platform technology teams
• Define and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring the team always works on the most impactful projects
• Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria in close collaboration with engineering teams
• Oversee the development lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and are released on schedule
• Gather and analyse feedback from games production teams to enhance service delivery
• Plan and articulate the future strategic direction of the platform, including developing new tools and features that improve the operational efficiency of game production
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, including senior management

ABOUT YOU

• You'll have experience in the i
  Gaming industry already. Bonus points if you have direct experience working with RGS (Remote Gaming Server) platforms already!
• You will have a good understanding of software development processes and methodologies. Particularly Agile and Scrum
• Experience in game development and a deep understanding of the technical challenges involved
• You're a great communicator, capable of working collaboratively with multiple teams. If you have done this at a remote company already, even better!
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic,
  - paced environment
