(Starting as a Scrum Master, Growing into a Full Technical Project Manager Role)

As part of our commitment to building strong delivery leadership, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) with Scrum Master experience who can handle complex clients, manage risks, and drive project execution. This is not just an Agile facilitator role—we need someone who understands SDLC, delivery workflows, and risk mitigation. If you are comfortable managing challenging stakeholders while keeping technical teams aligned, this is the role for you.
In the first phase, you will:
✅ Own Agile delivery—Facilitate sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and workflow optimizations.
✅ Manage client expectations—Ensure transparency in project execution while handling demanding stakeholders.
✅ Track & mitigate risks—Identify delivery bottlenecks early and work proactively to resolve them.
✅ Align teams with business goals—Ensure development teams understand the why behind project priorities.
✅ Work closely with technical leaders—Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and Engineering teams.
As you grow fully into the TPM role, you will:
Take full ownership of project execution—from planning to deployment.
Drive strategic delivery initiatives—beyond Agile ceremonies, focusing on business value.
Ensure seamless SDLC execution—aligning architecture, Dev
Ops, CI/CD, and development efforts.
Act as a bridge between clients, business, and engineering teams.
Lead risk and change management efforts, ensuring project stability.
What We’re Looking For
✅ 3-5 years of experience in Agile project management, technical delivery, or Scrum Master roles.
✅ Deep understanding of SDLC—how software is designed, built, tested, and deployed.
✅ Client handling skills—able to manage expectations, negotiate when necessary, and maintain strong relationships.
✅ Ability to steer technical teams, ensuring they remain focused on delivery priorities.
✅ Experience with risk management and proactive
- solving.
✅ Hands-on experience with Agile and project tracking tools (Jira, Azure Dev
Ops, etc. ).
Bonus Points If You Have:
✔ PMP, PSM, or SAFe certifications.
✔ Cloud, Dev
Ops, or CI/CD knowledge to facilitate technical discussions.
✔ Worked with distributed,
- functional teams across multiple locations.
