Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our team in the banking industry. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Project Lead to coordinate
- functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring timely project delivery by proactively addressing bottlenecks and overseeing technical aspects of execution. This role demands a strong grasp of project architecture and infrastructure, complemented by excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Monitor progress against deadlines and take proactive measures to address any delays or challenges.
• Oversee the release flow, including requesting necessary deployments and changes.
• Track the approval process for deployments and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure smooth coordination between development, QA, and operations teams during releases.
• Maintain awareness of the overall project architecture and infrastructure to provide informed
  - making support.
• Identify and request necessary modifications to infrastructure and ensure timely
  - ups.
• Collaborate with technical teams to address and resolve
  - related issues.
• Actively participate in project planning sessions to identify potential risks and dependencies.
• Work closely with teams to address technical requirements and provide support in resolving challenges.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project status, risks, and key milestones.
• Work closely with the project lead and architect to ensure project alignment with strategic goals and technical feasibility.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and workflows for greater efficiency and quality.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: Experience in technical project management/technical product management, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), architecture, and infrastructure.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and release management processes.

Project Management Skills:

• Proficient in Agile methodologies.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
