What You’ll Be Doing- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to closing, for a variety of tech roles—including Back-End Engineers, Front-End Engineers, QA professionals, and Project Managers.
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs, influence decisions, and drive smart hiring strategies.
- Sourcing and engaging top talent through multiple channels—job boards, Linked

Hub, communities, and direct outreach. - Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience, keeping our time to hire on track while maintaining quality.
- Tracking and optimising key hiring metrics to support our ambitious growth plans in 2025.

The Interview Process
First Stage – A conversation with Gabby, your potential manager, to discuss your experience and see if this role is the right fit for you.
Second Stage – Speak with Gabby and our other recruiters. This is your chance to understand how we work, get to know the team, and ask plenty of questions.
Final Interview – A chat with our Director of Talent Acquisition, Phil, who’s been with Playnetic since day one. He’ll share our journey so far, our vision for the future, and how you’ll play a key role in our continued success.

Established in 2023, Playnetic is a new player in the world of gaming entertainment. We design and build slot games from scratch—from idea to release. Our games are played in regulated markets globally through industry-leading operators.
Our innovative gaming content is centred around our core values: quality gaming, dedicated customer service, and reliable delivery to our partners.
We're currently in a phase of growth and will scale considerably over the next 12 months.
As a fully remote studio, we understand the importance of staying connected and maintaining team collaboration. We are continually mindful of this as we grow and have the tools and support in place to help us all flourish.
