The Technical Service Manager will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects in the field of Mobile Messaging and SIM Card Management. His/her mission is to support the Orange Group project team on the technical aspects of the DSTK (Dynamic SIM Tool Kit) solution, especially in the event of a technical incident, but also in the
-
- end implementation of new service integration. He is also the solution's technical referent, helping to ensure the functional and technical evolution of the product with Group experts and suppliers.

More than 8 years’ experience in the operator or supplier world in the engineering or architecture of service platforms; * Education: Computer Science/ Informatics/ Telecom degree; Technical skills required :
- added services on mobile networks, including messaging platforms such as SMSC, USSD, ISMS, OTA
Interpersonal and behavioral skills:
- functional and multilingual environment, to communicate effectively with customers and suppliers inside and outside Orange and with technical experts
