The Technical Service Manager will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects in the field of Mobile Messaging and SIM Card Management. His/her mission is to support the Orange Group project team on the technical aspects of the DSTK (Dynamic SIM Tool Kit) solution, especially in the event of a technical incident, but also in the
-
- end implementation of new service integration. He is also the solution's technical referent, helping to ensure the functional and technical evolution of the product with Group experts and suppliers.

Provide level 3 support for the DSTK solution from functional perspective

Support the project team in the
-
- end implementation of new services in the solution and provide the necessary technical recommendations

Provide technical expertise to
- party platforms that need to connect to the solution via APIs to enable i
SMS to be sent from these solutions

Provide technical expertise to manage Messaging campaigns with Orange SMSC to ensure compliance with the solution's technical KPIs

Provide expertise, as a technical referent, in the areas of mobile device and SIM card management, in the context of a wider mobile service environment

Lead technical workshops - discuss and review functional and technical requirements

Provide technical support to Orange subsidiaries and regular
- up of their technical incidents related to the DSTK solution

Ensure the acceptance of platforms/services, conduct UAT, integration and E2E tests and ensure a successful transfer to the solution's operational operators

Write / Comment on Impact Studies, Migration Strategies, Feasibility and Sizing Studies

Analyze business requirements and study the technical and functional feasibility of upgrade requests

Carry out Performance and Capability Tests to ensure correct platform sizing

Suggest optimizations to DSTK platforms to ensure optimum performance

More than 8 years’ experience in the operator or supplier world in the engineering or architecture of service platforms; * Education: Computer Science/ Informatics/ Telecom degree; Technical skills required :

Global knowledge (technical and functional) of mobile telecom services, particularly the 2G network

Global view of
- added services on mobile networks, including messaging platforms such as SMSC, USSD, ISMS, OTA

Good knowledge of API design and interfacing

Good knowledge of Linux systems

Ability to approach and design/understand complex technical architectures

Good knowledge of Cloud and Virtualization environments and architecture

Knowledge of automation via Ansible is a plus

Perfect command of English.

Ability to analyze and summarize technical issues, with attention to detail

This position may require short, planned trips abroad with frequency to be defined

Working language(s) : English, French will be a great plus
