About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Technical Sourcer to contribute to the successful hiring of IT candidates.
Reporting line: Head of Talent Acquisition
Location: Romania
Worksite: remote
Responsibilities
- Supports and assists the Talent Acquisition Manager in defining and mapping the candidate talent pool for a specific role
- Maps and approaches relevant candidates effectively and books
- screening interviews for the recruitment team - Gives constant feedback to the recruitment team on potential blockers or good practices
- Effectively uses various sourcing channels and tools
- Builds and maintains a constant pipeline of potential candidates for specific roles according to the company strategy
- Updates the ATS constantly and reports on
- defined sourcing metrics in a timely manner
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is considered an advantage
- 1+ years experience as a Talent Sourcer with a focus on IT roles or practical experience within the Technology industry
- Familiarity with platforms, such as Linked
In, Git
Hub, Stack Overflow is a plus - Advanced command of English
- Good command of Russian language is considered an advantage
- Tech enthusiast, experience in learning different technologies is a must
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
