As an Audit Center team member, you are of great importance to our customers. You

ensure that everything runs smoothly at customer locations.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide IT support on our systems to customers

• Prioritize tickets and solve (complex) technical questions or malfunctions

• Remote work on our product (Watch-it Core)

• Working closely with our audit center in Cluj (Romania) and colleagues in Belgium and

France

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU

- University or University of applied science diploma
- Good to excellent English language skills
- Good to excellent French language skills
- Excellent Computing skills
- a Technical mindset with solutions for troubleshooting
- soft skills like critical observation, teamwork, communication, problem solving are a plus
