Technology Business Management Office Specialist Cluj-Napoca

Import, model and allocate IT costs and planning data from source systems such as SAP, Co
Planner, Uffective, AWS, Azure

Translate functional and business requirements into a working set of operational and financial models, dashboards and reports (configuration of data model, data objects and reports in Apptio)

Ensure data quality, identify and clarify issues with data owners/ data providers

Perform monthly closing activities: data gathering, data upload, quality checks, communication tasks

Management of other Apptio related processes: incident management, user and access management, request and release management

Event driven maintenance of desktop procedures in place

Education/ Training:  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems or related fields

Professional experience:

Mandatory experience in SAP FI/ CO, SAP MM

Experience in customizing of Saa
S

Languages:

English is a must (advanced level)

German skills are considered as advantage
