Technology Service Specialist IAM
Job Description
We are looking for a Service Operations Specialist who will be responsible for
-
- day service operations for the central Identity & Access Management system.
- Management and supervision of the vendor responsible for RTB (Run-the-Bank) Operations
- Drives resolution of incidents and issues, supports S2/S1 incident calls for the One Identity Manager product
- Ensure escalation of operational, regulatory, or other risks to management
- Management of smaller projects
- Support of audit requests (presentation of the solution, delivery of evidence. . . )
- Data Quality, Monitoring implementation and control
- Service Operations (Incident Management, Knowledge Management, Problem Management, Change management)
- Ticket and process analysis to drive continuous improvements in implementations according to industry best practices
- Compliance with safety regulations and control processes
- Independent handling of incidents, service request
- Day to day BAU activities such as monitoring, business escalation handling
- Supporting multiple applications under Access Lifecycle Solutions team (eg. , db
Access
Gate, D1IM-Core etc) - Ensure the stability of the system by proper planning patching, upgrade, DR, ensure the CSO
- compliant requirement, Workbench activities, vulnerabilities remediation, etc
Qualifications
- Completed degree in IT or a comparable qualification
- Proven experience in service operations of larger and complex IT-systems
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- Experience in managing vendor teams
- Excellent communication skills (English fluent)
- Knowledge of access lifecycle systems (with a focus on request & approval, provisioning, recertification, admissions/exits) is desired
Hybrid work: 2 days from office/Bucharest is a must!
