Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in a new
- edge field. You’ll report to the Tender Procurement Manager, and work alongside dynamic, adaptable and
- thinking teammates.  You'll

• Build robust and competitive Tender Procurement cost and schedule commitment
• Ensure that the services and material costs & risks & savings are “assessed, challenged, validated and approved” in order to drive competitive tenders and profitable contracts.
• All Tender Procurement Plans are passing through the Procurement Tender validation & approval process (TPV).

We’ll look to you for:

• Define Tender Procurement strategy.
• Build the costing based on the formal TPP (Tender Procurement Plan, standard tool to be used to build the whole sourcing commitment)
• Securing the costing is robust:
• • • Prepare and launch of Request for Quotation
    • Project cost reference are properly assessed and taken into account
    • Consolidate the Reference Library/Solution (when applicable)
• Securing the costing is competitive:
  • • Supplier offers are negotiated and validated by Engineering and CM
    • The tender actions and tender committed savings are properly managed and tracked in the SAMP and registered in ASIP Platform
    • Costing is benchmarked with similar Products, Projects, Tenders, etc
• Assess, jointly with the Tender team, the opportunity and risk related to early agreements with suppliers (“Pre-Bid agreement”), taking into account REX of similar experiences
• Full costing is in line with the document given in the tender Instruction For Quotations (IFQ) and the PTM conducts measures to strengthen costing by cross functional alignment such as the Sourcing Alignment Review (SAR)
• The risk management is properly managed. Costs are the most ambitious ones, risks are tracked in the RAMP
• Commit to standardize and maintain Procurement Product Reference costs with same Tender file format.

All about you

• Bachelors Degree in Business,  Procurement, Supply Chain,  Engineering or other related field.  
• Interest in technical field
• 5 years of experience (Project, Sourcing, Engineering, Quality…)

• Ability to work in a matrix environment
• Good communication, collaboration and analytical skills
• Ability to challenge
• Results oriented
• Rigorous and structured
• Ability to work in a
  - functional, matrix & virtual environment;
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) is a plus
• Strong business application skills (e. g. , Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power
  Point)
