Traditional Trade Contracts Administrator Associate
In this role you will manage the database of the JTI universe: register and archive contracts, annexes, and additional documents in JTI systems, both electronically and physically. You will also perform comparative analyses of sales evolution (electronic database and contract database).
Position:
As the Traditional Trade Contracts Administrator Associate you will:
• Administrate the JTI retail contracts database application by performing data entry and analysis and taking measures to ensure the accuracy of the contained information.
• Provide support to Trade Marketeer Associates regarding changing the allocation of locations to TMAs and continuous coaching on the correct use of the application.
• Manage Trade Marketing contracts for the entire JTI universe by verifying the correctness of completion and composition (existence of mandatory annexes), ensuring compliance with the circuit according to the procedure, filing and archiving both physically and electronically.
• Track payments for contracts with remuneration (fixed amount and those with volume targets) and generate monthly reports regarding these payments, as well as volume monitoring reports.
• Generate of excel reports containing data about the contracted universe.
Requirements:
• Higher education
• Minimum 2 years of experience in administration of databases
• Experience in project management is an advantage
• Good knowledge of English language
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel) and SAP
• Great attention to detail, strong analytical and communication skills
• Proactive and innovative approach
