Training Specialist
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assesses training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers, instructors, and customer representatives.
- Prepare annual taining plan.
- Conduct
- person and / or online specialized trainings, such as: Fondamentaux métiers”, Perfectionnement Fondamentaux metiers”, “ Core principles “ for new employess during onboarding period. - Organize training schedules in accordance with department plans and recruitment plan for new employees.
- Adapt training materials and methods to meet the specific needs of teams, based on feedback and results.
- Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
- Manage the logistics for both internal and external trainings, including venue booking, equipment setup, and coordination with trainers and participants.
- Maintains records of training and development activities such as: attendance, results of tests and assessments, retraining requirements.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- At least 1 year year of training experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
- Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
- Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software.
