About the Role:
The Training Specialist will design, organize, and deliver comprehensive training programs for our teams. Ideal candidates should have a UI/UX background enabling them to understand and teach technical workflows and tools. This role requires a
- savvy individual with excellent communication and organizational skills to support team growth and improve collaboration across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Training Design & Delivery
Develop and conduct online training sessions for employees, focusing on technical and
- based topics.Customize training materials to suit the needs of various teams, ensuring relevance and practical application.
Documentation & Process Improvement
Create clear and comprehensive documentation for workflows, tools, and best practices.
Map processes and identify inefficiencies or pain points to improve team performance and communication.
Needs Analysis & Feedback
Collaborate with teams to identify training needs and knowledge gaps.
Gather and analyze feedback to improve training quality and effectiveness.
Event Coordination
Plan and organize online training events, ensuring a seamless experience for participants.
Foster a learning culture by promoting training programs and encouraging team engagement.
Supportive Role
Act as a
- to resource for employees needing assistance with workflows, tools, or technical understanding.Provide patient, empathetic support, ensuring employees feel confident and empowered.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in UI/UX, instructional design, electrical engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience in UI/UX design or familiarity with design principles is preferred.
Technical Skills
Proficient in using design tools (e. g. , Figma, Adobe XD) and documentation platforms (e. g. , Confluence, Notion, or similar).
Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of software tools used in collaborative team environments.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Patience and empathy when working with diverse teams at various skill levels.
Other Qualities
Calm under pressure and
