The Transition Manager is responsible for the execution of the transition or other related projects. You will be responsible for:Responsible for an array of activities including initializing and planning projects, developing project cost structure, tracking and reporting project deliverables, managing risk, applying project management processes and tools and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and with high customer satisfaction
Managing projects and/or transitions to migrate processes and operations from the Ayvens entities to the Ayvens Service Centers
Ensuring transitions managed adhere to Ayvens’ transition methodology and set of standards
Developing the
- all transition project plan and identifying dependencies of deliverables with other project teams
Facilitating effective communication and working relationships within the transition teams
Establishing and maintaining relationships with the customers and 3rd party suppliers
Acting as the single point of contact for the transition management
Ensuring the delivery teams and Center Support teams engaged in transition meet project deliverables
Tracking actual effort expended and time frames against baseline defined in the transition’s project schedule
Executing and controlling the project by managing scope, cost, and schedule
Leading the tracking and creation of the action plan for the identified risks, issues and gaps in the project
Identifying and managing change against the transition scope and budgets
Working with the Finance Analyst in ensuring that the project is within budget
Delivering successful and well documented transitions and ensuring there’s smooth
- over to the interested parties
Participating in lessons learned sessions as well as improving the current standards and processes/methodologies
Other duties may be assigned.
You will have the following qualifications:Prior experience managing transitions in a changing environment with multiple systems and complex practices and processes
Ability to work under pressure in a
- paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Excellent planning and organizing skills
In depth understanding of the business setup
Experience working in a
- lingual international organization (business, SSC, BPO); previous experience in working in a financial institution is considered a plus
Strong analytic skills and proven success leading process initiatives and project management
Advanced level of expertise with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with management, coworkers, distributors, and outside customers.
Required level of education and technical abilities: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business or EconomicsRequired work experienceMinimum 2-3 years of having a Transition/Project/Change Manager role with managing and coordinating multiple transitions
