Qualifications for success

University degree: preferably transport university studies.

ERP (SAP/JDE) knowledge.

At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position, ideally in logistic environment.

Relevant knowledge for ADR transportation, supply chain, distribution/logistic

Business fluent in English, written and spoken.

Confident in use of MS Office.

Driver ‘s license and willingness to travel if needed.

Key competencies and additional skills

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Hands-on approach with a willingness to tackle challenging issues.

Strong personality with ability to assertively address difficult situation.

Effective time management, planning and organizational skills.

Attention to details and very good analytical skills.

Pragmatic, with a positive attitude and a team player mentality.

Good people management skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinating supply and transport activities within SIAD Romania

Coordinating and supervising domestic and international ADR transportation operations for SIAD Romania.

Elaborating activity reports and forecasts of products delivered and expenses related to logistics and procurement.

Formulating and executing supply and logistic strategies to ensure the efficient and
- effective movement of goods and materials.

Overseeing budgets and expenses, including negotiating contracts with carriers, suppliers and vendors to secure competitive rates.

Monitoring and evaluating transportation performance metrics, including
- time delivery, transportation costs and carrier performance in order to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Responsible with fleet management.

Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Responsible for RO-e
Transport declaration and Intrastat systems.
