Job Title: Travel Advisor (Onsite in Bucharest) - Airline Company
Location: Bucharest, Romania
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service through email and phone interactions.
- Assist customers with flight changes, cancellations, lost baggage, and claims for a leading airline.
- Communicate with customers across multiple channels.
- Respond promptly to inquiries while maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional, accurate support.
The Ideal Profile:
- Fluent in French, Italian, German, or Portuguese, with advanced English proficiency.
- Prior experience in an airline or operations environment is advantageous but not required.
- Knowledge of booking systems like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills; BPO/contact center experience is beneficial.
- Graduates or undergraduates from any discipline are encouraged to apply.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic contact center environment.
- Proven
