SUPPORT FUNCTIONS - FINANCE

Main Goal

Treasury Officer carries the important responsibility of overseeing banking processes and credit management in the Region (7 countries).

Job description

Treasury

Implements and ensures compliance to internal financial and treasury policies.

Supports local and BA management with periodical and
- hoc reports.

Supports the continuous improvement and harmonization of Treasury Processes/Policies and participates in various Treasury related projects.

Prepares Cash flow forecast/actual to Corporate Treasury and to other stakeholders; various analysis of payments executed within a period.

Assists with month end close and general processing, as needed.

Coordinates the Bank accounts reconciliation at month end.

Coordinates the payments and back up of BA country’s treasury responsible.

Ensures that the authorization matrix of bank transactions is updated.

Credit Management

Implements and ensures compliance to Credit Management Policy.

Reviews and updates the Credit limits in SAP.

Coordinates the process of Credit Management in the Business Area Central Europe.

Manages the liaison with the Credit insurance company.

Skills: what we expect of you

Master's degree in accounting,

Fluent in English

Advanced knowledge of Excel and MSOffice

5 years of progressive experience in the accounting field

Experience with SAP, Treasury tools, Credit Management

Experience in Seed industry would be a plus.

Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.

High level of integrity with a strong sense of urgency and
- orientation.
