Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with multifaceted teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, taking the lead in the UX domain across the planning and development lifecycle.
• Effectively communicate and elucidate design ideas to fellow designers, engineers, project managers, and stakeholders.
• Produce wireframes, user flows,
  - fidelity designs, site maps, comprehensive documentation, and interactive prototypes.
• Engineer instinctive, accessible, and captivating experiences tailored for various platforms (such as Android, i
  OS, and web).
• Establish, uphold, and evolve a robust design system and guidelines.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and compliance is an advantageous asset.
• Demonstrate agility in swiftly iterating through diverse design solutions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a comparable role.
• Showcase a robust portfolio reflecting conceptual, UX, and Visual Design expertise.
• Proficiency in diverse design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Framer, among others.
• Competence in prototyping using tools such as In
  Vision, Marvel, Framer JS, Figma, etc.
• Proficiency in utilizing whiteboard collaboration and diagram tools like Figjam, Miro, Lucidchart, Draw. io, etc.
• The ability to comprehend and adjust
  - end code is a valuable skill.
• Solid grasp of Human Interface and Material Design Guidelines.
• Basic understanding of User Research and User Testing methodologies.
• Self-management skills with an ability to adhere to deadlines autonomously.
• Experience operating within an Agile development environment.
• Possession of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in design, computer science, or a related field.
