Requirements:

- Location: Bucharest (hybrid: 2 days in-office / week)

As a UX Designer within our Concept Squad, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital banking and fintech solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive user interfaces that delight our customers and drive engagement. From user research and wireframing to prototyping and user testing, you will lead the design process from concept to delivery.

Who we’re looking for:
Extensive experience in UX design, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional, user-centered results;
A portfolio showcasing your experience, role, and responsibilities (not just screens), including 1-2 relevant cases that can be sent to us, highlighting design decisions, challenges, processes, and rationale;
Passion for conducting research activities to identify user needs and business requirements, driving the creation of innovative features and functionalities;
Curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning, staying abreast of the latest trends, innovations, and design methodologies;
Excellent collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage and align with diverse stakeholders;
Presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

Lead the UX of our apps, ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience that exceeds industry standards;
Create wireframes and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to stakeholders and cross-functional teams;
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, UI Designers, and Product Managers to translate business requirements into compelling design solutions;
Cultivate a keen interest in Online Banking, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance user experiences and stay ahead of industry trends;
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and InVision.
