As a Virtualization Administrator, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing VMware virtualized environments for our clients' infrastructures. You will play a key role in incident resolution, task automation, and participating in improvement or migration projects.

Responsibilities:

• Virtualized Environment Management: Administer and maintain VMware platforms (v
  Sphere, ESXi, v
  Center), manage virtualized resources (CPU, memory, storage) to ensure optimal performance, implement and monitor snapshots, clones, and virtual machine migrations (v
  Motion, Storage v
  Motion).
• Incident Diagnosis and Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical incidents related to virtualization, escalated by Level 1 support.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with network, storage, and security teams to resolve
  - functional incidents.
• Automation: Develop and maintain scripts (Power
  CLI, Power
  Shell) to automate repetitive tasks.
• Reporting: Write regular reports on the state of environments and interventions performed.

• Language Skills: Good command of French and English – B2/C1 level.
• VMware Expertise: Advanced expertise in VMware v
  Sphere, v
  Center, and ESXi.
• Storage Knowledge: Mastery of shared storage concepts for virtualization (SAN, NAS, v
  SAN).
• Networking Protocols: Knowledge of network protocols associated with virtualization (v
  Switch, VLAN, NSX is a plus).
• Scripting Skills: Experience using Power
  CLI or Power
  Shell for automation.
• OS Understanding: Good understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems in a virtualized environment.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and relational sense.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Priority Management: Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
