Your creativity and expertise will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional shopping experiences for our customers.

• Showcasing a commercial and visually alluring store ambiance , from captivating windows to thoughtfully curated interior displays that leave a lasting impression on customers.  
• Collaborating closely with the team to strategically organize displays, optimizing product placement and flow to elevate customer satisfaction and engagement.  
• Introducing innovative solutions for product displays, ensuring merchandise is presented in a way that maximizes sales and drives customer interest.  
• Conducting
  - depth analysis of VM standards' impact on sales parameters, using
  - driven insights to refine and improve strategies.  
• Providing comprehensive training to the VM team, empowering them to maintain impeccable product presentation and creating captivating visual displays.  
• Staying ahead of the curve by monitoring and incorporating current VM trends and conducting regular competitor analysis for continuous improvement.  

• Several years of experience as an independent Visual Merchandising Manager in the fashion industry or a similar position.  
• Proven track record in team management.  
• Highly developed interpersonal and analytical skills.  
• Excellent organizational abilities and confident
  - making.  
• Proficiency in design with relevant skills and experience.  
• Demonstrated successes in implementing innovative VM ideas that boosted sales.  
• A genuine passion for fashion and a desire to share knowledge with others.  
• Proficiency in Romanian and English (at a communicative level).
