The Role:

We’re looking for a
- on,
- fluff VP of Engineering with startup scaling experience (Seed to Series A+). This is not a pure coding position, but at the beginning, coding will be required. You’ll set our technical vision, drive architecture, and lead by example—contributing directly in Golang and Python when needed while managing a team of 30 engineers and shaping a
- performing team that builds robust,
- time AI systems.

Responsibilities:

● Technical Strategy & Execution:

○ Define and execute the technical roadmap and architecture for scalable,
-

tolerant systems.

○ Ensure best practices in CI/CD, TDD, code reviews, and overall software quality.

● Team Leadership & Mentorship:

○ Build, mentor, and scale a
- performing engineering team.

○ Foster a culture of action, accountability, and continuous improvement.

● Hands-On Development:

○ Code in Golang and Python as needed to directly contribute to critical projects.

○ Oversee development of
- time streaming and AI-powered systems.

What You Bring:

● Extensive
- on experience with Golang and Python in
- time streaming systems.

● Experience fields such as
- latency stream processing

● A proven track record of scaling
- stage startups through key growth phases.
