Position Overview 

We are seeking a creative and
- oriented Web Designer to join our marketing team. This role will focus on designing and improving Integrail’s website and web assets to enhance user experience, drive engagement, and communicate our brand value. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to create visually compelling, functional, and
- friendly web experiences.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Website Design and Optimization: Design intuitive, responsive, and visually stunning web pages that align with our brand guidelines.  
• User Experience (UX): Improve site usability and user flows, ensuring an optimal experience for visitors.  
• Marketing Campaign Support: Create landing pages and web assets to support marketing initiatives, product launches, and events.  
• Performance-Oriented Design: Collaborate with developers to ensure web designs are optimized for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.  
• Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent look and feel across all web materials and ensure visual alignment with the broader brand identity.  

Qualifications 

• Proven experience as a Web Designer or UI/UX Designer with a portfolio showcasing responsive and engaging web designs.  
• Strong proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), or similar.  
• Experience designing and building landing pages with a focus on conversion and performance.  
• Solid understanding of web design principles, including UX/UI, accessibility, and responsive design.  
• Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS concepts to collaborate effectively with developers.  
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and communication skills.  

 Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience working with tech startups or AI-focused companies.  
• Knowledge of design systems, prototyping tools, and wireframing processes.  
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e. g. , Hub
  Spot, Word
  Press) and web performance optimization.  
• Basic understanding of motion graphics or interactive design is a plus.
