We are an innovative marketing team in the B2B steel manufacturing and construction industry, in North America, dedicated to building a strong digital presence that drives engagement and business growth. As our Word
Press and Shopify Web Developer, you’ll play a crucial role in developing and managing our websites to support our brand and marketing objectives.

The ideal candidate for this position is motivated by challenges, adaptable to a
- paced environment, autonomous and comfortable working within a remote team and reporting to a remote manager while receiving onsite support from a local supervisor.  

This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact through digital marketing in a collaborative,
- functional team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Development and Management: Develop, update, and maintain our Word
  Press and Shopify sites, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and digital marketing goals.
• Customization and Optimization: Customize themes, implement plugins, and optimize for mobile responsiveness, site speed, and SEO in collaboration with our SEO advisor.
• E-commerce Integration: Manage product listings, payment gateway integration, and checkout processes on Shopify to support our
  - commerce strategies.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support to resolve website issues quickly, liaising with team member

• Proven Experience in Word
  Press and Shopify website development
• Technical Skills: Proficient in HTML, CSS, Java
  Script, and PHP; experience with Shopify Liquid is a plus
• Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high standards of design, usability, and quality
• Collaboration and Communication: Strong team and communication skills to work effectively with both remote and onsite team members

 It would be appreciated 

• Experience in B2B or manufacturing industries
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles
• Experience with content management systems and
  - commerce platforms beyond Word
  Press and Shopify

About us

Canam Group Romania began in Brasov as a small detailing office in 1998 which afterwards became a major company on the Brasov market with its own building and more than 400 employees. In 2024, we expanded our presence in Romania by opening a second office in Cluj-Napoca.

While our teams provide 3D modeling, detailing and estimation services for the construction industry such as buildings, steel structures and bridges, we also provide various technical services for other industries as well. The main market is in North America, yet we are also expanding our services in other markets.  

We also have our own IT team developing software for internal use.
